How do I purchase Accessible Tickets for Electric Avenue?
Tickets can be purchased through the Ticketmaster Website, or by submitting a request through the Ticketmaster Help Centre(Opens in new tab)
following these steps:
- From the dropdown menu, select Accessible Bookings as the topic.
- Then select Electric Avenue as the event name.
Alternatively, you can call our Accessible Booking Line on 0800 111 999, available Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm NZDT. Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a ticket, availability and type of accessible tickets will vary by venue. A Ticketmaster representative will be in touch if further information is required.

Electric Avenue Presale: 8:00am on Thursday, 9th April
All fans who sign up by 11:59PM ON SUN 5 APR can join the Electric Avenue Presale. The email address you use to register must match the email associated with your Ticketmaster account - if it doesn’t, you won’t be able to join the queue. If you do not have a Ticketmaster account, please create one before registering. Register Here(Opens in new tab).
No. To access the General Public sale, you may join the queue by signing into your Ticketmaster account.
Yes, Ticketmaster partners with Afterpay to offer Buy Now Pay Later options to fans. To use this option, you must have an account with the relevant payment provider. Please ensure you have your accounts set up prior to entering the queue to purchase tickets.
You may purchase a maximum of 6 tickets per transaction.
Please adhere to the published ticket limit. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.
Tickets for these shows will be mobile-only. To access your tickets for entry you must download the Ticketmaster App or add your tickets directly to your mobile wallet.
