Auckland Arts Festival Tickets

show/ballet was excellent. our front row seats had no leg room, row CC; average sized person could not sit because of proximity to the orchestra pit wooden barrier. Venue trying to squeeze in an extra row i assume. Being re-seated was a mission; both front of house and ticketmaster box office were not initially prepared to take responsibility. The seats we were given were at the back, having booked the front seats! Very disappointing

I felt this show was a little too amateur this year sorry guys wasn’t a big hit this time. :-(

The Auckland Orchestra were awesome and amazing and then to see Sir Michael Crawford who got a standing ovation and was in the audience to support his friend's wife, Gene Kelly's wife, the bag pipes players were outstanding as well and then I got a photo with Sir Michael Crawford after the show was awesome and amazing as well. The show was definitely worth it and an excellent night out. Mrs Kelly also had a meeting and greet with people who attended the show afterwards.

The concert was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Standing ovation. Very clever Italian to TeReo the arias chosen were popular and easy to listen to. The vocalists had poise and beautiful voices with a true sense of pleasure in performing for us..their audience.

They were amazing from start to finish African tunes to modern tunes done with an African twist. Beautiful voices and movements to match. Nice pre show snack and drink at the pop up bar outside as well

The artists in AAF - A performance in Air were all truly amazing. I appreciated the smoke machines were atmospheric and added to the suspension, intrigue and effects, however the intensity of the fog cloud made me feel that i had not seen potentially half of the performance. At the end the girl in the hoop on the floor was phenomenal, however the girl is the suspended see through globe was hidden in fog. Felt sorry for her that we could not appreciate her talents.

Thoroughly enjoyed the show, we were so impressed. Like so many we know, we never thought it was a New Zealand production :-) Hats off !!
