Amazing game and an amazing stadium

We’ve updated our seating framework to include a larger range of accessible seating options. There will be an option for every price level and package available for Crusaders.
Accessible seats can be purchased by calling our Customer Service team on the Accessible Bookings line: 09 970 9711. This phone number is reserved for patrons with accessibility requirements and can not process any other ticketing requests. Accessible tickets, both during presales and the general public sale period, can also be requested via our Submit a request – Ticketmaster Help(Opens in new tab). Please be sure to include your relevant presale code with your request if wanting to make a booking during the presale period.
Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible seating ticket policies. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary by venue.
All tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are now digital, meaning you can easily access your tickets on your phone via the Ticketmaster app or mobile web browser via Ticketmaster.co.nz(Opens in new tab) for Crusaders and add them straight to your phone’s ticket wallet, and share them with your friends and family.

Great Venue Great Rugby Appalling Transport
by Suzanne on 09/05/2026One New Zealand Stadium - ChristchurchLoved the magnificent new stadium which was very easy to get in and out of. My seat was great 3 rows from the field. And the rugby was spectacular. What was not great was the public transport. I wont be going to anymore games as waiting for buses was not fun!!!! If you want to encourage people to use public transport a major upgrade is needed on game day.

Only downfall was electronic ticketing on entry, scan had trouble reading electronic ticket and paper not accepted (will be difficult for elderly)

Crusaders stadium practise shakedown

Great selection of food outlets and drinks. Would be better with more popular and mainstream alcohol drinks .Great view of the ground from the outlets. Good seats. Players came out to Conquest of Paradise. It felt flat without the horses. There should be a compromise and the horses included in the build up . They are part of Crusaders history and who we are and the match day experience for fans. Stop the excuses and bring them back.
